Instagram doesn’t tell you the whole story ‼️ I could’ve easily posted a picture of me posing like I am in the beginning of the video and called it a day. But I know the truth is that I’ve been SO bloated all day. I’m not going to tear myself down and rack my brain as to why. I’ve been fueling my body properly and I’ve been kicking 🍑 in my workouts this week. My stress levels are the same as usual (not low 🤣 but where I can manage them), and my sleep has been good. So it’s probably hormones (not preggo btw) or something else outside my control that would be a waste of energy to worry about. ✌️ I personally have the body type where I can look preggo on command lol. That won’t change no matter how lean I get, and I’m okay with that. Just always remember you see on insta is what people want you to see. Myself included. And while sometimes that means sharing photos where I was posing my booty off and feeling 🔥, I also want you to see the every day, too. In a world full of detox teas and waist trainers, just eat well and exercise ✌️ Honestly guys, I get emails weekly (even from the same companies over and over again) asking me to post those things. No amount of $ could make me do it. Because no tea and no waist trainer and no fat burner will ever, ever, EVER get you actual results. . They don’t help teach you sustainable habits. They won’t help you learn balance. But they will keep you in the vicious cycle of looking for the next product promising results QUICK. Anytime you see those promises, run. They are empty promises. .
